1. Use of game chat

1.1. Using profanity, insults or provocative messages in any game chat.

Penalty: a warning up to a 168-hour chat ban, applied to all accounts accessed from your IP address during the previous 10 days.

1.2. Using profanity or offensive language in a character's nickname.

Penalty: renaming the character with letters and numbers at the Administrator's discretion and an account ban of up to 7 days.

1.3. Using profanity or offensive language in a guild name.

Penalty: renaming the guild with letters and numbers at the Administrator's discretion and a penalty for the guild leader ranging from a warning to a 3-day account ban.

1.4. Using sexual insults or insults with sexual implications, including synonyms and epithets directed at another user or any other person, or using impersonal insults.

Penalty: a warning up to a 168-hour chat ban, applied to all accounts accessed from your IP address during the previous 10 days.

1.5. Insulting a user with obscene language or insults concerning their real life, family, relatives and similar matters.

Penalty: from a warning or chat ban of up to 72 hours to an account ban of 1–3 days.

1.6. Using profanity or insults in the trade information window.

Penalty: a 1-day account ban.

1.7. Using profanity in requests to technical support or when contacting the Administration by other means.

Penalty: a character/account ban ranging from 24 hours to permanent.

2. Impersonating the Administration

2.1. Impersonating an Administrator's representative or a person trusted by the Administration.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 15 days to permanent.

2.2. Using terminology in a character's nickname that implies a connection with an Administrator.

Penalty: renaming the character at the Administration's discretion and an account ban of up to 1 day.

2.3. Using terminology in a guild name that implies a connection between the guild and the Administration.

Penalty: renaming the guild at the Administration's discretion and a warning up to a 3-day account ban for the guild leader.

3. Propaganda

3.1. Offending public morality, promoting or expressing intolerance or hatred, including promoting or publicly displaying Nazi attributes or symbols, or confusingly similar attributes or symbols (including the design of in-game items), during gameplay communication, including chat and notice boards; promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, sex, religion or social status; or showing disrespect for religion, culture, race, nation, people, language, politics, political systems, ideology or social movements.

Penalty: from a 72-hour chat ban to a 7-day account ban.

3.2. Using a symbol or combination of symbols in all or part of a character's nickname that incites racial, national, religious, social or political discord, contains pornography or violates generally accepted moral standards.

Penalty: renaming the character at the Administration's discretion and a warning up to a 3-day account ban.

3.3. Using a symbol or combination of symbols in all or part of a guild name that incites discord, contains pornography or violates generally accepted moral standards.

Penalty: renaming the guild at the Administration's discretion and a penalty for its leader ranging from a warning to a 7-day account ban.

4. Advertising and information about third-party resources

4.1. Distributing advertisements unrelated to the project.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 1 day to permanent.

4.2. Distributing information about third-party software for the Game.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 7 days to permanent.

4.3. Distributing or advertising, directly or indirectly, information about pornographic websites, drugs or resources containing such information, or performing similar actions prohibited by the applicable RevolGC regulations.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 3 days to permanent.

5. Exploiting game errors

5.1. Exploiting Game errors, with or without obtaining gameplay advantages or in-game valuables.

Penalty: a warning/account ban ranging from 7 days to permanent, and confiscation of in-game valuables or advantages obtained through the exploit.

5.2. Obtaining in-game valuables or advantages because another player exploited a game error, or otherwise benefiting from another player's exploit.

Penalty: a warning/account ban ranging from 7 days to permanent, and confiscation of in-game valuables obtained through the violation.

5.3. Helping another player exploit game errors.

Penalty: a warning/account ban ranging from 7 days to permanent.

6. Third-party programs, client modifications and unauthorized access

6.1. Using, threatening to use or attempting to use software or devices that simulate a player's presence in the game or disrupt the normal operation of game software.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 1 day to permanent.

6.2. Using in-game valuables obtained through third-party programs, including bots.

Penalty: an account ban of 7–30 days and confiscation of in-game valuables.

6.3. Performing actions that disrupt the Administration's entertainment services for organizing and supporting gameplay involving Administrators.

Penalty: a permanent account ban.

6.4. Intercepting data from the game server or using third-party software that substitutes server packets.

Penalty: a permanent account ban.

6.5. Using third-party programs or client modifications that affect gameplay.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 1 day to permanent.

6.6. Using third-party programs or client modifications that allow multiple accounts to run simultaneously on one computer.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 1 day to permanent.

7. Access to another user's account or purchase history

7.1. Obtaining another User's registration credentials by any means or transferring credentials to another User or other third parties, including selling, buying or exchanging credentials.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 3 days to permanent.

7.2. Using in-game valuables obtained through unauthorized access to another User's account.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 7 days to permanent and confiscation of in-game valuables.

8. Other violations

8.1. Knowingly providing false information or deceiving Administration staff.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 7 days to permanent.

8.2. Using nicknames similar to those of other characters to impersonate them, including obtaining or attempting to obtain game items in their name.

Penalty: an account ban ranging from 5 days to permanent and renaming of the character.

8.3. Unsporting behavior during the general guild battle, leaving a guild or team battle before PvP ends, or leaving the game early during PvP in a way that disrupts the server.

Penalty: at the Administration's discretion.

8.4. Misleading players or deliberately spreading false information about the Administration's actions.

Penalty: a permanent account ban.

8.5. If you sell or transfer your account, you remain responsible for it. If it is used for botting or deceiving players, all accounts associated with you will be banned.

8.6. If your account does not have an SC card set up, the Administration is not responsible for missing items or loss of account access.

8.7. Misleading players about the actual value of silver to gain a personal advantage in the market.

Penalty: from a 7-day game chat ban to a permanent account ban.

8.8. Deceiving players to obtain in-game valuables or real money.

Penalty: a permanent ban of the account and related accounts by the computer's HWID.

8.9. Exploiting texture bugs that interfere with normal gameplay.

Penalty: from forced disconnection from the server to an account ban of 1–3 days.

8.10. The Administration reserves the right to check players for third-party software that gives them an advantage over others using any convenient means, such as attacks or changing the player's transformation.

9. Guild battles, team battles and sieges

9.1. Using a group of inactive characters to attend team or guild battles.

Penalty, only following a complaint from another battle participant: a permanent ban of the entire inactive group and a 1–30-day ban of the owner's main account.

9.2. Using a group of inactive characters in team or guild battles to gain an advantage in PvP or guild rankings.

Penalty: removal of all guild battle season rewards from the offending guild.

9.3. Transparent backgrounds may not be used for guild logos in general guild battles, guild tournaments or sieges.

Penalty: a ban of the guild leader's account for a period determined by the project Administration, and disqualification/removal of all rewards and achievements from the offending guild.

This list of Game errors is not exhaustive. The Administration will add errors as they are discovered that interfere with normal operation and gameplay. An error's absence from this section does not prevent penalties for exploiting it.
